Class is in session!

C.B.E.T (Cerveceros Beer Evaluation Team ) classes have started for this years team. C.B.E.T. was created to get members prepared for their initial BJCP test. C.B.E.T. is a 4 week course that teaches members the processes for brewing beer, evaluation of aroma, appearance, flavor, mouthfeel, and off flavors. All members who complete all four classes are prepared to take the BJCP exam and are judges for Cerveceros beer competitions.
